NYCHA Addition

Location: Manhattan, New York, USA

Fall 2024

This project acts as an expansion to the St. Nicholas Houses in Harlem, NYC, and would add new housing, commercial space, and landscaping to the site. Windows overlooking the open green space aims to open the existing lawns of the site for new usage by residents.
