Low-Rise housing designed with multi-generational families in mind. The floor plan includes both larger and smaller apartments, with a centralized public space on each floor for community-based programming. Additional communal amenities located on the ground floor and rooftop encourage shared community living. Shifting balconies create visual street appeal and provide residents with semi-private outdoor spaces.
